Here at Jorco we cut no corners when it comes to quality!

 

 For construction of the tier trays we use a combination of teakwood with Glass Coated Chilian pine ends, and all the water holding areas Aquariums, Tanks, and Tier Trays are formed with Coroplast. We apply a stain and several coats of a deep penetrating sealer on all the wood areas and apply finish coatings basically the same process used for years in fine boat building.

 

All the JPA [aquarium models] have an all teakwood frame and one piece ¼’’built in glass walls that increase in thickness according to length. This adds considerable strength and makes the aquariums easier to ship. Both the aquarium and tank models are the same thick solid teakwood construction with the same protective coatings on the inside and out. The tank model as well makes a fine piece of furniture for any location.

 

Here at Jorco we are by no means a bottom line cookie cutter factory and therefore do our best to make any item we build available, and can give you the option if you need different wood stains and colors to match your décor.

 

All our complete kits employ a flood and drain system on timers. The trays and pump have been synchronized for watering then fully drain to assure good oxygenation to the roots of the plants. The water flows back and forth equally across the length of the trays to assure even filtering of fish water to the plants. These kits come pre-adjusted but water pressure, and drain systems are fully adjustable and are specially built this way to make them easy for you to break down and change your system around anyway you like. Each tray as well has overflow protection tube to assure water never leaves the interior of the tier trays. Having experimented with other methods we find this to be the best when it comes to production and variation of plants.

 

Also you will find these tier trays are very easy to work when it comes to planting and harvesting. In addition if you would like there is plenty of room and we also have a matching rafting system available to fit inside all the fish tanks which will gain you several more square feet of growing space.

Although we include complete how to instructions and there is no complicated assembly involved with any of these units. You just unpack the tank and remove the upper planter trays and set the first one on the tank and then the rest, one above the other. These units come with a lock that ties the tier trays together and makes them very stable. No bolts or tools are needed. It’s too much to detail here so we also include six additional incredible and inexpensive discoveries of how you can boost the plant and fish growth and keep them very healthy. 

 

For the heart of the systems we find the Aquaticlife pumps made in California to be the best when it comes to high quality, super volume, high head pressure, and with the best warranty. All Aquaponic kits come with air pumps and stones that assure good water oxygenation at night or any time the main pump is at rest. All kits come with a programmable timer and all the flood and drain tubing accessories.

All Aquaponic complete kits come ready to work for you, simply add a growing medium, fish and plants. We try to make it a standard to add 5 upper tier trays in our JPA & JPT- S [plant aquarium & plant tank] floor model kits and 7 tier trays in our JPTT [Plant Tray Tower] in order to give you the most square foot of production possible, but we are more than happy to change a kit to fit your needs. These systems being versatile as they are, the locking tiers can also be used separate from the aquarium or tank and setup in lots of different ways in just minutes for you to grow any way you like even without fish. The aquarium or tank can be added to the system any time as well. In short there is never any need for you to get tired of looking at or working the same system as all of the S model components are fully interchangeable.
